This paper introduces the 19 middle school in Beijing under the condition of effective teaching method to implement leadership headed, propaganda in place,the careful design,strict training,serious demonstration, evaluation,establishing the incentive effect. Evaluated the achievements of the effective teaching method of practice of effective teaching method in the edge, the relationship between the elements, the relationship between teaching reform and graduation rates, different disciplines to adopt different teaching methods, this paper analyzed the prob-lems of thinking.
