教师应更新教育观念，树立“全面发展，人人成才”的观念，让学生自主管理，自觉成长成才。坚持德育为先，能力为重，使学生自主管理这一教育思路顺应素质教育改革与发展的潮流，更贴近学校管理的要求和学生全面发展。学校通过一年的实践，搭建学生“自主分层管理”的平台，提供给学生自我展示、实现人生价值的生活舞台。让更多的学生从自我管理、自觉成长的实践中锻炼，尽快成长成熟。

The teachers should renew the education idea,set up the“all-round development,all talent”concept, let the students self-man-agement,consciouslygrowth. At the same time,teachers should adhere to moral education first, emphasis on ability,make the students’au-tonomous management of this education idea conform to the education reform and development trend of the quality,closer to the schoolmanage-ment requirements and the all-round development of students.The school after one year’s practice,build students“autonomous layered manage-ment”platform,provide students with self display,the realization of the value of life stage of life.Let more students from self management,practice consciously growth in the exercise,as soon as possible to grow into maturity.
