体育是一门以身体练习为主要手段,以增进学生的身体素质为主要目的的学科,也是促进学生全面发展的重要学科。所以,在“健康第一”思想的指导下,培养学生自主锻炼意识对体育学科价值的实现起着不可替代的作用。那么,如何培养学生的自主锻炼意识呢?如何帮助学生养成锻炼的好习惯呢?结合多年的教学经验进行概述,以期能够为学生全面的发展作出相应的贡献。

Sport is a physical exercise to as the main means to enhance students ’fitness for the main purpose of the discipline is also impor-tant to promote the comprehensive development of students’ discipline.
