从有课堂教学的那一时刻起,教师就一定有追求课堂高效的愿望,但是,如何使课堂教学从“有效”走向“高效”一直是困扰广大教师的一大难题。其实,教师要想使课堂实现高效,至少要做到以下几点:理念要“生本”,专业要“精深”,教技要“精湛”,反思要“深刻”。
