目的：研究与分析心血管内科护理工作中的优质护理模式的实际运用情况。方法随机选取80例具有心血管内科病症的患者，并随机将其分为对照组和观察组两组，每组中各有患者40例。其中观察组的患者给予优质的护理模式服务，对照组则给予常规的护理模式服务，一段时间后比较两组患者对护理的满意度以及患者生活质量优良率。结果观察组的患者有39人满意，满意度为97.5％。对照组的患者有30人满意，满意度为75％。观察组的患者感觉生活质量优良的为31人，概率为77.5％。对照组的患者感觉生活质量优良的为25人，概率为62.5％。结论优质的护理模式服务可以够提高患者对护理服务的满意度和患者的生活质量，同时也能提高护理人员的护理水平和个人的工作素质。

Objective To study and analyze the application of high-quality nursing mode for inpatients at the Department of Cardiology. Methods Eighty patients with cardiovascular diseases at the Department of Cardiology, Xinjin County People's Hospital, were randomly selected and divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases). The observation group was provided with service in high-quality nursing mode, and the control group was given service in standard nursing model. All patients were followed up after a period of time to compare and evaluate degree of satisfaction with nursing services and the quality of life (QOL). Results Thirty-nine patients (97.5%) from the observation group showed satisfaction with nursing care, in comparison with 30 patients (75%) in the control group. Thirty-one patients (77.5%) in the observation group had good QOL in contrast to 25 patients (62.5%) in the control group. conclusion Implementation of the high quality nursing mode can not only improve patients' satisfaction with nursing service and the overall QOI, but also boost working performance and professionalism of nursing staff.
