以佳某牌不锈钢圆盘为测试对象，研究了其在日常生活使用接触到的介质（自来水、食盐、醋酸、醋酸和食盐的混合物）中主体元素铁、铬和镍的溶出量的情况。结果表明，此不锈钢产品在自来水中主体元素不溶出，在食盐、醋酸以及醋酸与食盐的混合物溶液中3种主体元素都会溶出，并且溶出量随温度的升高、时间的增长而增加，在醋酸和食盐混合物溶液中更大。
이가모패불수강원반위측시대상，연구료기재일상생활사용접촉도적개질（자래수、식염、작산、작산화식염적혼합물）중주체원소철、락화얼적용출량적정황。결과표명，차불수강산품재자래수중주체원소불용출，재식염、작산이급작산여식염적혼합물용액중3충주체원소도회용출，병차용출량수온도적승고、시간적증장이증가，재작산화식염혼합물용액중경대。
This experiment tests the stainless steel dise of JIAMOU brand to study the amount of dissolved iron,ehromium and niekel in the medium( sueh as tap water,salt,aeetie aeid and the mixture of aeetie aeid and salt)in everyday life,whieh are the main ehemieal element of the dise. The results show that the main elements in stainless steel produets in the tap water insoluble,but in the salt,aeetie aeid and the mixture of salt and aeetie aeid dissolve out,and their dissolution amount inereases with the rise of temper-ature,time,more in the mixture of salt and aeetie aeid.
