通过测试盖玻片对水的动态接触角,研究不同的化学清洗、晾干和烘干以及烘干时间对盖玻片的亲水性的影响。结果表明,在食人鱼溶液、氨水双氧水溶液( H2 O2/NH4 OH/H2 O,1:1:5,体积比)、盐酸双氧水溶液( HCl/H2 O2/H2 O,1:1:6,体积比)和NaOH溶液(5%)等4种洗涤液中,用食人鱼溶液清洗或依次用食人鱼溶液、氨水双氧水溶液和盐酸双氧水溶液清洗的盖玻片的亲水性较好;长时间晾干或烘干皆对亲水性不利,高温烘干,最好选择100℃、1~2 h。
通過測試蓋玻片對水的動態接觸角,研究不同的化學清洗、晾榦和烘榦以及烘榦時間對蓋玻片的親水性的影響。結果錶明,在食人魚溶液、氨水雙氧水溶液( H2 O2/NH4 OH/H2 O,1:1:5,體積比)、鹽痠雙氧水溶液( HCl/H2 O2/H2 O,1:1:6,體積比)和NaOH溶液(5%)等4種洗滌液中,用食人魚溶液清洗或依次用食人魚溶液、氨水雙氧水溶液和鹽痠雙氧水溶液清洗的蓋玻片的親水性較好;長時間晾榦或烘榦皆對親水性不利,高溫烘榦,最好選擇100℃、1~2 h。
통과측시개파편대수적동태접촉각,연구불동적화학청세、량간화홍간이급홍간시간대개파편적친수성적영향。결과표명,재식인어용액、안수쌍양수용액( H2 O2/NH4 OH/H2 O,1:1:5,체적비)、염산쌍양수용액( HCl/H2 O2/H2 O,1:1:6,체적비)화NaOH용액(5%)등4충세조액중,용식인어용액청세혹의차용식인어용액、안수쌍양수용액화염산쌍양수용액청세적개파편적친수성교호;장시간량간혹홍간개대친수성불리,고온홍간,최호선택100℃、1~2 h。
The hydrophilieity of eover glass,whieh was eleaning with different washing methods,drying methods and drying time,was evaluated by the dynamie eontaet angle in water. The results showed that in the four kinds of eleaning solutions,Piranha solution( H2 SO4/H2 O2 ,7:3 v/v),ammonium hydroxide so-lution(H2O2/NH4OH/H2O,1:1:5,v/v/v),hydroehlorie aeid solution(HCl/H2O2/H2O,1:1:6,v/v), and 5% NaOH solution,better hydrophilieity of eover glass ean be obtained by eleaning with Piranha so-lution or sueeessively eleaning with Piranha solution,H2 O2/NH4 OH/H2 O solution and HCl/H2 O2/H2 O solution. Airing or drying at high temperature for a long time was adverse to the hydrophilieity of eover glass. If neeessary,drying at 100 ℃ for 1~2 h ean be used.
