利用热重分析仪研究不同粒径、不同升温速率下川北低热值煤矸石着火稳定性和综合燃尽特性,并且对煤和煤矸石不同掺混比例的热失重进行了研究。结果表明,1.0 mm以下低热值煤矸石的着火稳定性与粒径没有明显关系,且均极易稳定着火。煤矸石的综合燃尽指数则随着煤矸石粒径的增大而降低;提高升温速率,可以使低热值煤矸石的燃烧强度增加,但着火、燃尽温度均升高;低热值煤矸石中掺混煤可以提高热失重率,改善低热值煤矸石的着火特性,达到更好的燃烧效果,有利于提高锅炉的安全性和经济性。
利用熱重分析儀研究不同粒徑、不同升溫速率下川北低熱值煤矸石著火穩定性和綜閤燃儘特性,併且對煤和煤矸石不同摻混比例的熱失重進行瞭研究。結果錶明,1.0 mm以下低熱值煤矸石的著火穩定性與粒徑沒有明顯關繫,且均極易穩定著火。煤矸石的綜閤燃儘指數則隨著煤矸石粒徑的增大而降低;提高升溫速率,可以使低熱值煤矸石的燃燒彊度增加,但著火、燃儘溫度均升高;低熱值煤矸石中摻混煤可以提高熱失重率,改善低熱值煤矸石的著火特性,達到更好的燃燒效果,有利于提高鍋爐的安全性和經濟性。

In this paper,the eombustion eharaeteristies of the North-Siehuan low-ealorifie-value eoal gangue at different partiele sizes and varying heating rates were investigated using thermogravimetrie ana-lyzer. The ignition stability and eomprehensive burn-out behavior of different-size eoal gangue were em-phasized presently. Besides,the thermogravimetry analysis was also performed on the eoal/gangue hybrid fuels of varying blending ratios in this paper. The results showed that for the low-ealorifie-value gangue with diameters below 1. 0 mm,they were partieularly easy to be ignited,and their ignition stability was rarely dependent on the partiele size. However,the eomprehensive burn-out index deereased with the in-erement of partiele size. The inerement of the heating rate led to an intensified eombustion reaetion rate as well as inereases of the ignition and burn-out temperatures. Additionally,an addition of eoal into the gangue eould not only inerease the mass loss rate,but also improve its ignition behavior and aehieve a bet-ter eombustion performanee,whieh eould be eonduetive to seeurity and eeonomie effieieney of the boilers.
