Chaenomeles speciosa juiee%tannin%gelatin
以明胶为吸附剂,脱除宣木瓜鲜果加工果汁中的单宁。结果表明,35℃下,果汁按10 mL/100 mL添加质量分数为1.5%的明胶溶液,吸附处理30 min,明胶对单宁的吸附脱除率为62.3%,可明显降低宣木瓜果汁中单宁酸的含量。
以明膠為吸附劑,脫除宣木瓜鮮果加工果汁中的單寧。結果錶明,35℃下,果汁按10 mL/100 mL添加質量分數為1.5%的明膠溶液,吸附處理30 min,明膠對單寧的吸附脫除率為62.3%,可明顯降低宣木瓜果汁中單寧痠的含量。
이명효위흡부제,탈제선목과선과가공과즙중적단저。결과표명,35℃하,과즙안10 mL/100 mL첨가질량분수위1.5%적명효용액,흡부처리30 min,명효대단저적흡부탈제솔위62.3%,가명현강저선목과과즙중단저산적함량。
The juiee was proeessed using Chaenomeles speciosa as material,it was treated with gelatin as adsorbent to adsorb tannie aeid. The result shows that the adsorption temperature 35 ℃,adsorption time 30 min,the dosage of 1. 5% gelatin solution 10 mL/100 mL. By employed those optimum eonditions,the tannin removal rate aehieved at 62 . 3%,and it ean reduee the tannie eontent from Chaenomeles speciosa juiee.
