采用浸渍与化学还原相结合的方法,制备了一系列CoB/ZSM-5非晶态合金负载型催化剂,考察其在硼氢化钠水解制氢中的催化活性。结果表明,CoB/ZSM-5负载型催化剂具有高的催化活性,30℃时NaBH4水解产氢速率为1.3 L/(min·g),表观活化能为54.4 kJ/mol,大大低于粉末状非晶态CoB催化剂的活化能(71.4 kJ/mol)。
採用浸漬與化學還原相結閤的方法,製備瞭一繫列CoB/ZSM-5非晶態閤金負載型催化劑,攷察其在硼氫化鈉水解製氫中的催化活性。結果錶明,CoB/ZSM-5負載型催化劑具有高的催化活性,30℃時NaBH4水解產氫速率為1.3 L/(min·g),錶觀活化能為54.4 kJ/mol,大大低于粉末狀非晶態CoB催化劑的活化能(71.4 kJ/mol)。

Amorphous CoB/ZSM-5 alloy supported eatalysts were prepared via a eombined impregnation and ehemieal reduetion method,and their eatalytie aetivities were investigated in hydrogen produetion from the hydrolysis of NaBH4 . The result showed that CoB/ZSM-5 supported eatalyst exhibits mueh higher eatalytie aetivity eompared with unsupported powdered CoB eatalyst. The hydrogen generation rate of CoB/ZSM-5 supported eatalysts reaeh about 1. 3 L/(min·g). It was found that the aetivation energy for NaBH4 hydrolysis is ealeulated to be 54. 4 kJ/mol based on CoB/ZSM-5 supported eatalysts whieh is ob-viously lower than unsupported powdered CoB eatalyst(71. 4 kJ/mol).
