    目的：研究通窍活络化痰逐瘀汤对具有三高症状的缺血性脑卒中患者抗氧化能力的影响。方法选择104例典型的具有三高症状的缺血性脑卒中患者，以常规治疗为对照组，以通窍活络化痰逐瘀汤治疗为试验组，观察两组治疗前后患者的血清丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物岐化酶（SOD）、一氧化氮（NO）和一氧化氮合酶（NOS）的水平。结果与本组治疗前比较，两组治疗后 NO 、SOD含量均显著升高（ P ＜0．01），MDA含量显著降低（ P ＜0．01），tNOS含量明显升高（ P ＜0．05），iNOS含量降低（ P ＜0．05）；试验组治疗后 NO 、SOD较对照组明显升高（ P ＜0．05），MDA明显下降（ P ＜0．05），而 tNOS 无明显变化（ P ＞0．05）。结论通窍活络化痰逐瘀汤能明显改变患者血清 NO 、tNOS、 iNOS、SOD 和 MDA的含量，有助于对具有三高症状的缺血性脑卒中患者的治疗。
    목적：연구통규활락화담축어탕대구유삼고증상적결혈성뇌졸중환자항양화능력적영향。방법선택104례전형적구유삼고증상적결혈성뇌졸중환자，이상규치료위대조조，이통규활락화담축어탕치료위시험조，관찰량조치료전후환자적혈청병이철（MDA）、초양화물기화매（SOD）、일양화담（NO）화일양화담합매（NOS）적수평。결과여본조치료전비교，량조치료후 NO 、SOD함량균현저승고（ P ＜0．01），MDA함량현저강저（ P ＜0．01），tNOS함량명현승고（ P ＜0．05），iNOS함량강저（ P ＜0．05）；시험조치료후 NO 、SOD교대조조명현승고（ P ＜0．05），MDA명현하강（ P ＜0．05），이 tNOS 무명현변화（ P ＞0．05）。결론통규활락화담축어탕능명현개변환자혈청 NO 、tNOS、 iNOS、SOD 화 MDA적함량，유조우대구유삼고증상적결혈성뇌졸중환자적치료。
    O bjective To investiga te the effect o f Tongqiao Huo luo Hua tan Zhuyu decoction(THHZD ) on antioxidant capacity in pa tients w ith ischem ic stroke. M e thod O ne hundred and four pa tients w ith ischem ic stroke w ere random ly divided into two g roups :T rea tm ent g roup trea ted by THHZD, and contro l g roup trea ted by routine trea tm ent.The leve ls o f serum m a londia ldehyde (MDA),su-peroxidase dism uta tse (SOD ),nitric oxide (NO ) and NO synthase (NOS ) w ere observed.Results After trea tm ent,the contents o f ser-um NO, SOD and tNOS w ere increased( P < 0.05 o r P < 0.01), w hile the contents o fMDA and iNOS w ere decreased in two g roups ( P < 0.05 o r P < 0.01). The contents o f serum NO and SOD in trea tm ent g roup w ere higher than tha t in contro lgroup(P< 0.05), while MDA content in trea tm ent g roup w as low er than tha t in contro l group(P< 0.05). Conclusion THHZD could change the con-tents o f serum NO, NOS, SOD andMDA in pa tients w ith ischem ic stroke. It is he lpful in the trea tm ent o f pa tients w ith ischem ic stroke.
