目的：观察强心汤联合西药对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）患者运动耐量的影响。方法选择 CHF患者150例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予单纯西药治疗，治疗组在对照组用药基础上加服强心汤。疗程为14 d。治疗前后采用6 m in步行试验对患者运动耐量进行评估，同时评估患者心脏彩超参数变化。结果治疗组总有效率93．3％，明显高于对照组的81．3％（ P ＜0．05）。治疗后，两组6 m in步行距离显著改善，且治疗组改善程度优于对照组（ P ＜0．05），治疗后治疗组左室射血分数优于对照组。结论在西药规范化治疗基础上加用强心汤对 CHF患者的运动耐量提高更为显著。
목적：관찰강심탕연합서약대만성심력쇠갈（CHF）환자운동내량적영향。방법선택 CHF환자150례，수궤분위대조조화치료조，대조조급여단순서약치료，치료조재대조조용약기출상가복강심탕。료정위14 d。치료전후채용6 m in보행시험대환자운동내량진행평고，동시평고환자심장채초삼수변화。결과치료조총유효솔93．3％，명현고우대조조적81．3％（ P ＜0．05）。치료후，량조6 m in보행거리현저개선，차치료조개선정도우우대조조（ P ＜0．05），치료후치료조좌실사혈분수우우대조조。결론재서약규범화치료기출상가용강심탕대 CHF환자적운동내량제고경위현저。
O bjective To investiga te the effects o fQ iangxin decoction(QXD) on exercise to lerance in pa tients w ith chronic heart fa ilure(CHF). M e thods O ne hundred and fifty pa tients w ith CHF w ere random ly divided into tw o g roups :C ontro l g roup trea ted by routine treatment,and treatment g roup trea ted by routine treatment plus QXD fo r 14 days. The exercise to lerance w as assessed by six m inute w a lk test( 6 MW T). The param e ter changes o f echocardiog raphy w as assessed. Results The total clinical effective rate w as 93.3% in treatment g roup,w hich w as significantly higher than tha t in controlgroup(81.3% ,P < 0.05). After treatment,six m i-nute w a lking distance and the left ventricular e jection fraction(LVEF) in treatment group w as better than that in controlgroup( P < 0.05). C onclusion QXD and routine treatment could im prove the exercise to lerance in pa tients w ith CHF.
