结合成都双流国际机场T2航站楼对混凝土的技术性能要求,配制C40“设计型混凝土”,研究膨胀剂(HCSA)和陶砂对混凝土收缩变形性能和力学性能的影响,确定生产指导配合比,其28 d收缩率为43×10-6,180 d收缩率为215×10-6,静弹性模量为3.02×104 MPa,抗裂性能达到L-V级,各项性能均满足工程设计要求。

Based on the technical performance requirements of the concrete for Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport terminal 2 , C40“designed concrete”was prepared,the effects of expansion agent (HCSA) and pottery sand on shrinkage property and mechanical property of the concrete were studied,and the production guidance mix was determined. The 28 d,180 d shrinkage ratio and static elastic modulus of the concrete respectively were 43×10-6,215×10-6,and 3.02×104 MPa.And its crack resistance reached L-V level,all the perfor-mance of the concrete perfectly met the requirements of the engineering design.
