高吸水树脂(SAP)被认为是一种非常具有前景的内养护材料,用于降低水泥基材料自收缩;考察了一系列具有不同吸液倍率、尺寸的SAP内养护材料对水泥基材料自收缩及强度的影响。试验结果发现:SAP抑制自收缩与自身吸液倍率和尺寸相关;SAP尺寸越大、吸液倍率越高,抑制自收缩效果越明显。另外,SAP的添加不会对强度带来负面影响;扫描电镜(SEM)结果显示,掺加SAP后会在水泥基体中形成球形的孔洞。

Superabsorbent polymers (SAP) are considered as promising material for internal curing of cement-based materials.In this paper,SAP with different water absorption and size were selected to discuss their effect on autogenous deformation and strength of cement based materials.Results indicated that SAP with large-size and high-water absorption had positive effect on autogenous shrinkage reduc-tion.The influence of SAP on mechanical properties revealed that SPA seemed to have no negative effect on the strength.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) images showed that voids were formed in the hardening cement based materials.
