废旧轮胎回收加工成橡胶粉应用于水泥混凝土改性,不单能减少污染,对发展循环经济也十分有利。针对废旧轮胎胶粉混凝土的路用问题,采用60、80、100和120目4种细度的胶粉分别按照0%、10%、15%、20%、25%和30%的掺量,配制24组胶粉混凝土,分别测试其强度、韧性、抗裂、抗冻以及抗渗等性能。结果表明:胶粉混凝土的强度随胶粉掺量、细度的增加而降低,但对掺量的敏感性更高;胶粉的加入对改善混凝土韧性、抗裂性和抗渗性均有积极意义,且作用随掺量的增加愈加明显,但抗冻能力随胶粉掺量的增加先提高再降低;细度为60~120目的胶粉最佳掺量为15%左右。

Add rubber powder that made by recycled tire in cement concrete can reduce pollution and benefit for developing circular e-conomy.For the problem what particle size and dosage of rubber powder was best in road concrete ,24 groups of rubber powder concrete were prepared using four kinds of particle size(60,80,100 and 120 mesh) and 6 kinds of dosage(0,10%,15%,20%,25%and 30%).And its pavement performance was measured,such as,strength,toughness,crack resistance,frost resistance and impermeability.The results showed that strength of rubber powder concrete decreased with dosageand fineness degree of rubber powder increasing ,and it had a higher sensitivity fordosage.Add rubber powder into concrete has a positive effect to improve toughness ,crack resistance and impermeability of concrete,and the effect can be more obvious when the dosage increasing.However,the ability of frost resistance increased at first,and then decreased when the dosage increasing.The optimum dosage for 60 ,80,100 and 120 meshes rubber powder was 15%.
