目的探讨“和平方舟”医院船在赴菲律宾执行国际人道主义医疗救助行动中的展开模式。方法分析此次赴菲律宾执行国际人道主义医疗救助行动中前置野战医院及医院船主平台开展工作情况及各自任务，总结此次医疗救助行动的救援模式。结果前置野战医院共展开工作14天，接诊量1563例次，为医院船平台后送住院108例；医院船主平台收治伤病员113例，实施确定性手术44例。结论以前置野战医院作为海上医院机动卫勤力量的延伸和拓展，以医院船主平台为依托，海上以我快艇、空中以舰载直升机为主的立体后送、转运机制的救援模式在此次国际人道主义医疗救助行动中发挥重要作用。
목적탐토“화평방주”의원선재부비률빈집행국제인도주의의료구조행동중적전개모식。방법분석차차부비률빈집행국제인도주의의료구조행동중전치야전의원급의원선주평태개전공작정황급각자임무，총결차차의료구조행동적구원모식。결과전치야전의원공전개공작14천，접진량1563례차，위의원선평태후송주원108례；의원선주평태수치상병원113례，실시학정성수술44례。결론이전치야전의원작위해상의원궤동위근역량적연신화탁전，이의원선주평태위의탁，해상이아쾌정、공중이함재직승궤위주적입체후송、전운궤제적구원모식재차차국제인도주의의료구조행동중발휘중요작용。
Objective To discuss the new international disaster medical assistance pattern in the task: humanism medical assistance of the hospital ship PEACE ARK to the typhoon disaster“Haiyan” in Philippines.Methods To analyze the respective operation and mission of preposed field hospital and the hospital ship PEACE ARK in the task, and summarize the new international disaster medical assistance pattern.Results 1563 patients have been cured in preposed field hospital in 14 days.108 patients have been transferred to the hospital ship PEACE ARK.113 patients have been hospitalized, in which 44 patients have been accepted determined surgery, to the hospital ship PEACE ARK.Conclusion The new international disaster medical assistance pattern, which set field hospital on the disaster area as stretching of the hospital ship PEACE ARK to cure patient firstly and collect, sift appropriate patients to the hospital ship.The hospital ship plays a base and general hospital part in the disaster assistance, and plays a very important role in this international disaster medical assistance in Philippines.
