以中德啤酒技术中心303上面啤酒酵母为出发菌株,将经过“神舟九号”宇宙飞船搭载进行航天诱变的303上面啤酒酵母菌进行分离得到若干菌株,对其中3株酵母的酵母凝聚性、发酵度、双乙酰还原能力、外观糖度变化、高级醇和酯类物质进行检测,从而选出1株优良的上面啤酒酵母菌。
以中德啤酒技術中心303上麵啤酒酵母為齣髮菌株,將經過“神舟九號”宇宙飛船搭載進行航天誘變的303上麵啤酒酵母菌進行分離得到若榦菌株,對其中3株酵母的酵母凝聚性、髮酵度、雙乙酰還原能力、外觀糖度變化、高級醇和酯類物質進行檢測,從而選齣1株優良的上麵啤酒酵母菌。

303 top-fermenting beer y east from Sino-Germany Brewing Technical Center was used as the original strain for space mutation by Shenzhou IX spaceship. As a result, several mutant strains were obtained. Among them, three mutant strains were detected in the aspects of floc-culation, fermenting degree, diacetyl reduction capacity, the appearance of sugar, higher alcohols, and esters. Finally, a quality top-fermenting mu-tant strain was screened out.
