回顾了国外饮料酒健康的相关研究,这些研究结果表明,每天饮用2~4个标准饮酒量(一个标准饮酒量以15 g酒精/kg体重计),即适度饮酒可以预防心血管疾病、II型糖尿病等,降低心肌梗死的风险。我国对白酒的健康研究较少,仅有的文献发现了与国外类似的结果,不同的是饮用浓香型白酒还可以降低血清尿酸浓度,降低阿尔茨海默症(老年痴呆症)的风险。对如何饮酒等也进行了回顾与总结。加大白酒健康研究,倡导适度饮酒,应该成为白酒界重点关注的课题。
迴顧瞭國外飲料酒健康的相關研究,這些研究結果錶明,每天飲用2~4箇標準飲酒量(一箇標準飲酒量以15 g酒精/kg體重計),即適度飲酒可以預防心血管疾病、II型糖尿病等,降低心肌梗死的風險。我國對白酒的健康研究較少,僅有的文獻髮現瞭與國外類似的結果,不同的是飲用濃香型白酒還可以降低血清尿痠濃度,降低阿爾茨海默癥(老年癡呆癥)的風險。對如何飲酒等也進行瞭迴顧與總結。加大白酒健康研究,倡導適度飲酒,應該成為白酒界重點關註的課題。

The researches on the relations between drinking and consumer's health abroad were reviewed. Those researches suggested that temper-ate drinking (2~4 standard alcohol consumption daily (a standard alcohol consumption being 15 g alcohol/kg body weight)) could prevent car-diovascular diseases and type II diabetes and reduce the risk of myocardial infarction. In China, there are only a few researches on the relations be-tween liquor drinking and consumer's health. The existed researches in China revealed results similar to foreign researches. Differently, drinking Nongxiang Baijiu (liquor) could reduce uric acid concentration in serum and the risk of Alzheimer's disease. Meanwhile, proper ways to drink were reviewed in this paper. Strengthening healthy liquor drinking research and advocating temperate drinking should become the focus in Baijiu (liquor)-making industry.
