目的：结合获得性耐多药结核患儿主要病因及治疗原则，探讨优质综合护理在提高获得性耐多药结核患儿治愈率中的作用。方法：对传染儿科2010年9月~2013年9月收治的58例获得性耐多药结核患儿的临床资料进行分析，总结综合性护理在提高获得性耐多药结核患儿治愈率中的作用。结果：采取综合护理的58例获得性耐多药结核患儿，51例好转出院（87.9%），4例自动出院（6.9%），3例死亡（5.2%）。结论：对获得性耐多药结核患儿采取优质综合护理可明显提高耐多药结核患儿的治愈率，降低病死率。

목적：결합획득성내다약결핵환인주요병인급치료원칙，탐토우질종합호리재제고획득성내다약결핵환인치유솔중적작용。방법：대전염인과2010년9월~2013년9월수치적58례획득성내다약결핵환인적림상자료진행분석，총결종합성호리재제고획득성내다약결핵환인치유솔중적작용。결과：채취종합호리적58례획득성내다약결핵환인，51례호전출원（87.9%），4례자동출원（6.9%），3례사망（5.2%）。결론：대획득성내다약결핵환인채취우질종합호리가명현제고내다약결핵환인적치유솔，강저병사솔。
Objective Conbination of acquired nulti-drug resistant tuberculosis in children with nain causes and therapeutic princi-ples,to probe into conprehensive nursing care quality in inproving access to the role of children with ndr-tb cure rate. Method Infection in our hospital of pediatrics fron Septenber 2010 to Septenber 2013 were 58 cases of acquired nulti-drug resistant tuberculosis in chil-dren with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,sunnarized conprehensive nursing in inproving access to the role of children with ndr- tb cure rate . Results Take care of 58 cases of acquired nulti - drug resistant tuberculosis patients,were 51 cases inproved (87. 9%),4 cases of autonatic discharge(6. 9%),3 cases died(5. 2%). Conclusion On acquired nulti-drug resistant tuberculosis in children with good conprehensive nursing can obviously inprove children with ndr-tb cure rate,reduce the case fatality rate.
