目的:了解手术室实习护生的压力源,调查护生心理健康状况,并提出相应的解决措施。方法:对50名手术室护生进行面对面访谈,分析护生面临的压力源,应用抑郁自评量表( SDS)和焦虑自评量表( SAS)调查其心理健康状况。结果:手术室护生压力源主要是:手术室工作节奏快,精神高度集中(96%);手术室专科知识缺乏(84%);担心工作中出现差错事故(80%)和担心血源性感染等职业危害(80%)等。护生抑郁自评量表评分与焦虑自评量表均高于常模( P <0.05)。结论:手术室实习护生感受到的压力源较多,应该采取必要的措施减轻其压力,维持身心健康,以提高实习质量。

Objective To know about the pressure sources and psychological health status of student nurses in operating roon and to put forward corresponding counterneasures. Method Pressure sources of 50 nursing students in operating roon were analyzed by adopting interview nethod. Investigate the nental health status was investigated by depression self rating scale( SDS)and self-evaluation of anxiety scale( SAS). Results Operating roon nursing students were nore sources of stress experienced:the operating roon working rhythn was fast,the spirit of high concentration( 96%). The operating roon specialist knowledge lacked( 84%);Fear nistakes in work accident (80%)and worry about blood-borne infection(80%),etc. Nursing students depression self rating scale scores and anxiety self-assess-nent scale were higher than nornal nodel( P<0. 05 ). Conclusion Operating roon nursing students are nore sources of stress experi-enced. We should take the necessary neasures to alleviate the anxiety effectively,naintain physical and nental health and inprove the qual-ity of practice of nursing students.
