目的:运用高频超声检测类风湿关节炎(RA)活动期患者治疗前后的腕关节滑膜的变化,探讨高频超声在类风湿关节炎活动期疗效评估中的应用价值。方法:选择RA 活动期以腕关节病变为主的患者,运用高频超声扫查RA 患者腕关节,记录滑膜厚度、滑膜内血流信号,并于治疗3个月后再次行腕关节超声检查,同时分别记录治疗前后腕关节肿胀评分、关节压痛评分及血沉(ESR)、C -反应蛋白(CRP)。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后患者腕关节滑膜厚度、滑膜内血流信号均明显减少,关节肿胀评分、关节压痛评分、CRP、ESR 均明显下降,且滑膜厚度与关节肿胀评分、关节压痛评分、CRP、ESR 均分别呈正相关。结论:高频超声观察关节滑膜厚度、滑膜血流信号可以为RA 活动期疗效评估的客观依据。

목적:운용고빈초성검측류풍습관절염(RA)활동기환자치료전후적완관절활막적변화,탐토고빈초성재류풍습관절염활동기료효평고중적응용개치。방법:선택RA 활동기이완관절병변위주적환자,운용고빈초성소사RA 환자완관절,기록활막후도、활막내혈류신호,병우치료3개월후재차행완관절초성검사,동시분별기록치료전후완관절종창평분、관절압통평분급혈침(ESR)、C -반응단백(CRP)。결과:여치료전비교,치료후환자완관절활막후도、활막내혈류신호균명현감소,관절종창평분、관절압통평분、CRP、ESR 균명현하강,차활막후도여관절종창평분、관절압통평분、CRP、ESR 균분별정정상관。결론:고빈초성관찰관절활막후도、활막혈류신호가이위RA 활동기료효평고적객관의거。
Objective To study the value of ultrasound in evaluating therapeutic effect in the active period of rheunatoid arthritis( RA) with high-resolution ultrasound scanning wrists of RA patients before and after treatnent. Method Patients with wrist as nain synpton in the active period of RA were collected. Use high-resolution ultrasound to scan wrists of RA patients before and after treatnent of three nonth. The synovial thickness and synovial color flow were recorderd,as well as the joint swelling score,joint tenderness score,ESR and C reactive protein( CRP)were recorderd. Results Conpared with before treatnent,the synovial thickness and synovial color flow reduced af-ter treatnent,as well as joint swelling score,joint tenderness score,CRP and ESR reduced. Synovial thickness and joint swelling score,joint tenderness score,CRP,ESR were positively correlated. Conclusion High-resolution ultrasound can provide certain objective basis for ther-apeutic effect in the active period of rheunatoid arthritis.
