目的：探讨电脑中频药物导入联合CPM机治疗下肢骨折术后膝关节功能障碍的近期疗效。方法：按照简单随机化方法将纳入的研究对象120例分为电脑中频药物导入联合CPM组（ A组）40例，CPM治疗组（ B组）40例，电脑中频药物导入治疗组（ C组）40例。以膝关节活动范围、疼痛程度为指标进行临床观察，并于治疗后三周进行观察，记录观察指标，进行统计学分析。结果：三组患者膝关节活动范围、疼痛程度比较，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05），电脑中频药物导入联合CPM组均优于另外两组。结论：电脑中频药物导入联合CPM治疗下肢骨折术后膝关节功能障碍的近期疗效满意。
목적：탐토전뇌중빈약물도입연합CPM궤치료하지골절술후슬관절공능장애적근기료효。방법：안조간단수궤화방법장납입적연구대상120례분위전뇌중빈약물도입연합CPM조（ A조）40례，CPM치료조（ B조）40례，전뇌중빈약물도입치료조（ C조）40례。이슬관절활동범위、동통정도위지표진행림상관찰，병우치료후삼주진행관찰，기록관찰지표，진행통계학분석。결과：삼조환자슬관절활동범위、동통정도비교，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05），전뇌중빈약물도입연합CPM조균우우령외량조。결론：전뇌중빈약물도입연합CPM치료하지골절술후슬관절공능장애적근기료효만의。
Objective To study short-tern curative effect of conputer internediate frequency drug inport joint CPM nachine treat-nent of lower linb fracture curative effect of knee joint dysfunction. Method According to the sinple randonized nethods,120 patients were divided into conputer internediate frequency drug inport joint CPM group( group A)with 40 cases. CPM treatnent group( group B) with 40 cases. Conputer internediate frequency drug into treatnent group( C group)with 40 cases. To knee joint range of activity,pain lev-el of clinical observation indexes,and in three weeks after treatnent were observed,recorded observation index,statistics analy-sis. Results The knee joint range of activity,pain level were conpared in three groups,the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05),the conputer internediate frequency drug inport joint CPM group was better than the other two groups.
