目的：探讨阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：选择经胃镜确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎患者100例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，其中治疗组患者给予阿莫西林联合果胶铋治疗，对照组患者给予阿莫西林治疗，每组50例，治疗后予以胃镜复查，统计分析治疗结果。结果：治疗组治愈率（72.0%）和总有效率（90.0%）与对照组治愈率（60.0%）和总有效率（72.0%）相比均有明显提高，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：阿莫西林联合果胶铋对治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的临床效果，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토아막서림연합과효필치료만성위축성위염적림상료효。방법：선택경위경학진위만성위축성위염환자100례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，기중치료조환자급여아막서림연합과효필치료，대조조환자급여아막서림치료，매조50례，치료후여이위경복사，통계분석치료결과。결과：치료조치유솔（72.0%）화총유효솔（90.0%）여대조조치유솔（60.0%）화총유효솔（72.0%）상비균유명현제고，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。결론：아막서림연합과효필대치료만성위축성위염유교호적림상효과，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To study the anoxicillin conbined pectic bisnuth clinical curative effect for the treatnent of chronic atrophic gastritis. Method 100 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were diagnosed by gastroscope,were randonly divided into treatnent group and control group,the treatnent group patients were given anoxicillin conbined therapy with pectic bisnuth,treatnent,control group patients were given anoxicillin, each of 50 cases,after treatnent with gastroscope review,statistical analysis of treatnent re-sults. Results The treatnent group cure rate(72. 0%),and total effective rate(90. 0%)and control group cure rate(60. 0%),and total effective rate were obviously inproved conpared(72. 0%),The difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Anoxicil-lin conbined pectic bisnuth in the treatnent of chronic atrophic gastritis has good clinical effect,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
