目的：探讨急性重度有机磷中毒救治与护理的方法。方法回顾性分析2005年以来，我科成功救治的48例急性重度有机磷中毒患者的临床资料。结果正确认识及处理洗胃禁忌证“阿托品化”“中间型综合征”是成功救治的关键。结论对于重度有机磷中毒患者的救治，医护人员应创造条件，化禁忌证为适应证；正确识别“阿托品化”和“中间型综合征”，优化护理。
목적：탐토급성중도유궤린중독구치여호리적방법。방법회고성분석2005년이래，아과성공구치적48례급성중도유궤린중독환자적림상자료。결과정학인식급처리세위금기증“아탁품화”“중간형종합정”시성공구치적관건。결론대우중도유궤린중독환자적구치，의호인원응창조조건，화금기증위괄응증；정학식별“아탁품화”화“중간형종합정”，우화호리。
Objective To explore the method of care and nursing in the cases of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Method a retrospective analysis of clinical data of 48 patients with acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning has been conducted in our department since 2005.Result The correct understanding and treatment of contraindications to gastric lavage, "atropinization" "intermediate syndrome" is the key to successful rescue. Conclusion as for rescuing severe organophosphorus poisoning patients, medical staff should create conditions for transforming contraindications to indication; make a correct discernment of "atropinization" and "intermediate syndrome" and optimize nursing.
