目的：探讨医用透明酸钠预防甲状腺术后切口粘连的有效性和安全性。方法：将96例甲状腺疾病患者随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组应用医用透明质酸钠，对照组不采用药物治疗，术后随访调查两组患者切口粘连及并发症的发生率。结果：3个月后随访观察组发生切口粘连3例，6个月后3例，皮下水肿1例，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；B超下可见观察组同步移动比率明显低于对照组。结论：医用透明质酸钠能够有效的降低甲状腺手术后颈部切口粘连及手术并发症发生率，明显提高临床治疗效果。
목적：탐토의용투명산납예방갑상선술후절구점련적유효성화안전성。방법：장96례갑상선질병환자수궤분위관찰조여대조조，관찰조응용의용투명질산납，대조조불채용약물치료，술후수방조사량조환자절구점련급병발증적발생솔。결과：3개월후수방관찰조발생절구점련3례，6개월후3례，피하수종1례，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；B초하가견관찰조동보이동비솔명현저우대조조。결론：의용투명질산납능구유효적강저갑상선수술후경부절구점련급수술병발증발생솔，명현제고림상치료효과。
objective To discussion on medical sodium hyaluronate prevention thyroid incision conglutination is effective and safe-ty.Methods 96 cases with thyroid diseases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group ap-plication of sodium hyaluronate injection,the control group did not take incision drug treatment,the incidence of postoperative follow-up survey two patients incision adhesion and complications.Results after 3 months follow-up observation group occurred incision ad-hesion in 3 cases,after 6 months in 3 cases,1 cases of subcutaneous edema,comparing the two groups had significant difference (P<0.05 );B ultrasound showed the observation group synchronous mobile ratio was significantly lower than the control group.Conclu-sion medical sodium hyaluronate can effectively reduce thyroid operation after cervical incision adhesion and operation complication rate,to improve the clinical treatment effect has significant effect.
