眼眶底板骨质菲薄,当眶内容物受到钝力作用使眶内压突然升高时易发生骨折。眶底骨折因其所在位置特殊,一旦骨折则无法复位,只能采用材料修补眶底。目前许多材料被用于重建眶底缺损,包括一直被大家认为是“金标准”的自体骨。但自体骨也有一定局限性,如来源少及额外的手术负担,越来越多的异体材料被开发并运用到临床。本文对目前常使用的眶底重建材料作一综述。
眼眶底闆骨質菲薄,噹眶內容物受到鈍力作用使眶內壓突然升高時易髮生骨摺。眶底骨摺因其所在位置特殊,一旦骨摺則無法複位,隻能採用材料脩補眶底。目前許多材料被用于重建眶底缺損,包括一直被大傢認為是“金標準”的自體骨。但自體骨也有一定跼限性,如來源少及額外的手術負擔,越來越多的異體材料被開髮併運用到臨床。本文對目前常使用的眶底重建材料作一綜述。

Orbital floor, a meager bone, is prone to fracture when the intraorbital pressure increases suddenly in the orbital contents by blunt force. Due to the special location, the orbital floor fracture cannot be reset but to use the materials to repair once it happens . Many materials are used for the reconstruction of orbital floor defects , including autografts which have been traditionally considered as the "gold standard" choice. Since autografts are available in limited amounts and carry the need for extra surgery, more and more alloplastic materials werehave been developed and applied to the clinic . This paper reviewed the orbital floor reconstruction materials used currently .
