对山西8个主产地沙棘果进行重金属和农药残留量检测,为沙棘资源的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。运用原子吸收分光光度法、原子荧光分光光度法和气相色谱法分别测定沙棘果中铅、砷、汞和六六六、滴滴涕的含量。结果看到,山西沙棘果重金属铅、砷、汞和农药残留六六六、滴滴涕的含量均极少,甚至未检出。表明山西沙棘果重金属和农药残留均未超标,符合药食用标准,并且优于国家相关标准。因此,山西沙棘果无论药用还是食用都是安全的。
對山西8箇主產地沙棘果進行重金屬和農藥殘留量檢測,為沙棘資源的進一步開髮利用提供參攷依據。運用原子吸收分光光度法、原子熒光分光光度法和氣相色譜法分彆測定沙棘果中鉛、砷、汞和六六六、滴滴涕的含量。結果看到,山西沙棘果重金屬鉛、砷、汞和農藥殘留六六六、滴滴涕的含量均極少,甚至未檢齣。錶明山西沙棘果重金屬和農藥殘留均未超標,符閤藥食用標準,併且優于國傢相關標準。因此,山西沙棘果無論藥用還是食用都是安全的。
대산서8개주산지사극과진행중금속화농약잔류량검측,위사극자원적진일보개발이용제공삼고의거。운용원자흡수분광광도법、원자형광분광광도법화기상색보법분별측정사극과중연、신、홍화륙륙륙、적적체적함량。결과간도,산서사극과중금속연、신、홍화농약잔류륙륙륙、적적체적함량균겁소,심지미검출。표명산서사극과중금속화농약잔류균미초표,부합약식용표준,병차우우국가상관표준。인차,산서사극과무론약용환시식용도시안전적。
The contents of heavy metals and pesticide residues in seabuckthorn fruits harvested from eight main producer area of Shanxi province were analysed in order to provide the further development and utilization of seabuckthorn resources. The contents of Plumbum, Arsenic, Hydrargyrum and ben-zene exachloride (BHC), dichlo-rodiphenyl trichloroethane (DDT) of seabuckthorn fruits were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer, atomic fluophotometer, and gas chromatography, respectively. From the result it is found that seabuckthorn fruits in eight main origins of Shanxi contain few contents of Pb, As,Hg in heavy metals and BHC, DDT in pesticide residues. Sometimes, even none inspected. The contents of heavy metals and pesticide residues of the seabuckthorn fruits in Shanxi are not out of limits, and meet the standards of medicine and food, also better than relevant national standards. So the seabuckthorn fruits in Shanxi are safe for both of medicine and food uses.
