建立了鲜榨甘蔗汁中多菌灵和莠去津残留量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法以甲醇为萃取溶剂,过0.45μm滤膜过滤后,采用二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量。在1.0~20.0 mg/kg的添加水平,回收率在82.6%~88.2%之间,变异系数在4.5%~7.0%之间。

A method for determining Carbendazim and Atrazine in the sugar cane juice by HPLC is developed. Methanol is used as an extraction solvent in this study and the targets would pass through a 0.45μm filter membrane and then be detected by a diode-array detector after HPLC isocratic elution with water and methanol, and quantitated by external standard method. At the addition level of 1.0~20.0 mg/kg, a recovery of 82.6%~88.2%and coefficient of variation of 4.5%~7.0%are expected.
