目的：考察复方利血平片中硫酸双肼屈嗪在含量测定过程中影响溶液稳定性的关键因素。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，考察超声、振摇、pH值等因素对复方利血平片中硫酸双肼屈嗪溶液稳定性的影响。结果：复方利血平片中硫酸双肼屈嗪随溶液pH值的升高而降解加速。结论：溶液pH值对复方利血平片中硫酸双肼屈嗪的稳定性有较大影响。
目的：攷察複方利血平片中硫痠雙肼屈嗪在含量測定過程中影響溶液穩定性的關鍵因素。方法：採用高效液相色譜法，攷察超聲、振搖、pH值等因素對複方利血平片中硫痠雙肼屈嗪溶液穩定性的影響。結果：複方利血平片中硫痠雙肼屈嗪隨溶液pH值的升高而降解加速。結論：溶液pH值對複方利血平片中硫痠雙肼屈嗪的穩定性有較大影響。
목적：고찰복방리혈평편중류산쌍정굴진재함량측정과정중영향용액은정성적관건인소。방법：채용고효액상색보법，고찰초성、진요、pH치등인소대복방리혈평편중류산쌍정굴진용액은정성적영향。결과：복방리혈평편중류산쌍정굴진수용액pH치적승고이강해가속。결론：용액pH치대복방리혈평편중류산쌍정굴진적은정성유교대영향。
Objective:To find the key factors affecting the stability of solution during the determination of dihydralazine sulfate in com-pound reserpine tablets.Method:Using HPLC to study the factors ( such as ultrasonic, shaking and pH value) which affect the stabil-ity of solution during the determination of dihydralazine sulfate in compound reserpine tablets.Results:The degradation of dihydrala-zine sulfate in compound reserpine tablets was accelerated with the increase of pH value.Conclusion:The pH value of the solution has a great influence on the stability of dihydralazine sulfate in compound reserpine tablets.
