非洲某夕卡岩型白钨矿,主要有用矿物为白钨矿,含少量辉钼矿、辉铜矿等硫化矿物,脉石矿物主要有透闪石、阳起石、石英等。用浮选法回收,通过流程探索试验,磨矿细度试验,抑制剂、调整剂、捕收剂种类和用量等条做试验,确定了试验流程和条件。通过常温和加温精选试验对比,确定加温精选效果好。通过预先脱硫,以氢氧化钠+碳酸钠+水玻璃作抑制剂,ZL作捕收剂,通过常温粗选、加温精选,对原矿品位为0.21%的单一白钨矿,可获得品位63.58%,回收率为82.60%的白钨精矿。闭路试验结果表明,该工艺能很好地回收该低品位单一白钨资源。

The main useful minerals of a skarn scheelite ore in Africal include scheelite, molybdenite, chalcocite Tremolite, actinolite and quartz. Test procedures and conditions are determined by flow probe and grinding fineness tests. Comparison tests at room temperature and heating show heating concentration has more favorable results. Applying Sodium hydroxide+carbonate+water glass as inhibitors, ZL as collector, the scheelite ore with the grade of 0.21 % has undergone roughing room temperature and heating concentration. The recovery rate of Scheelite concentrate, whose grade is 63.58%, is achieved.
