本文以在全国具备代表性和示范性的京津冀地区独立学院为例，调研并阐述了独立学院科研及科研管理工作的发展现状，通过对某独立学院近八年的科研数据进行深入分析和内在原因挖掘，得到了独立学院科研工作中存在的共性问题并提出了具体解决方案，对我国独立学院科研管理工作具有较大的理论指导意义和决策参考价值。

Taking independent colleges in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province as representative examples, this research illustrates their current situation of scientific research and research management, collected and investigate into lots of detailed statistics of their scientific achievements over the years. Making a careful analysis of the scientific research data in the past eight years of some independent colleges and the internal reasons, the paper found out their common problems in scientific research management, and put forward some specific solutions, which are of ceratin theoretical importance and value for independent colleges nationwide.
