目前,大学学部制改革仍处于探索阶段,尚有一些重要的理论和实践问题有待深入研究,在改革的必要性、学部职能的定位等关键问题上还存在诸多争议。基于此,文章试图就大学学部制改革探讨四个问题,即“改革是否必要?”、“学部职能如何定位?”、“改革成功的关键是什么?”以及“改革需要克服哪些障碍?”。

At present,university faculty reform is still at the exploratory stage, where there are still some important theoretical and practical issues to be studied in depth , and extensive dispute over some key issues still exist, such as the need for reform and the positioning of the faculty functions. It is for this reason that this paper attempts to answer four questions on university faculty reform: is the reform necessary? how the faculty functions should be characterized? what is the key to make the reform successful? and what are the barriers that need to be overcome?
