目的：探讨口服速溶型助显剂在胃肠超声造影检查胃十二指肠疾病诊断中的应用。方法对85例患者进行胃肠超声造影检查与胃镜病理检查对照分析。结果胃肠超声造影检出各类胃炎60例，胃十二指肠溃疡10例，胃癌8例，胃间质瘤1例，胃息肉2例，胃下垂4例。超声造影检查与胃镜病理检查符合率约90％。结论口服速溶型胃肠超声造影检查对胃炎、胃十二指肠溃疡、胃癌有一定的诊断价值，可作为胃镜、X线钡餐造影的互补检查方法。

목적：탐토구복속용형조현제재위장초성조영검사위십이지장질병진단중적응용。방법대85례환자진행위장초성조영검사여위경병리검사대조분석。결과위장초성조영검출각류위염60례，위십이지장궤양10례，위암8례，위간질류1례，위식육2례，위하수4례。초성조영검사여위경병리검사부합솔약90％。결론구복속용형위장초성조영검사대위염、위십이지장궤양、위암유일정적진단개치，가작위위경、X선패찬조영적호보검사방법。
Objective To discuss the application of oral instant gastrointestinal contrast enhanced ultrasonogra-phy in the diagnosis of gastric and duodenal disease. Methods Comparatively analyze 85 cases of patients who un-derwent gastrointestinal contrast examination and gastroscopy pathology. Results By gastrointestinal contrast en-hanced scanning, there were 60 cases of gastritis being checked out,10 cases of gastric and duodenal ulcer, 8 case of gastric cancer,1 cases of gastric stromal tumors,2 cases of gastric polyps,4 case of gastroptosis. The compliance rate for contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination and endoscopy biopsy was about 90%. Conclusion Oral instant gas-trointestinal contrast enhanced ultrasonography has some diagnostic value for the gastrointestinal type of gastritis, gas-tric and duodenal ulcers, gastric cancer. It can be used as a complementary method for X-ray barium meal examina-tion and gastroscope.
