采用智能控温仪表FP93对两台传统马弗炉进行了智能化改造。结合工业组态软件Forcecontrol 6.1 sp3对炉膛温度进行在线监测、数据存盘及打印。炉温的实测结果表明,经过智能化改造的马弗炉达到了升温速率小于8℃/min的要求,并具有控温精确和多段程序控温的功能。

The intelligent transformation of two traditional muffle furnace was carried out by a FP93 intelligent temperature controlling instrument.Combining with the industrial configuration software Forcecontrol 6.1sp3,on-line surveying,data storing and printing of the furnace temperature was performed.The results of actual furnace temperature surveying show that the muffle furnace intellectualization transformed conforms with heating up rate requirement of less than 8 ℃/min,and the furnace temperature is able to be accurately and multiple stages program controlled.
