对2Cr12MoV 钢垫片分别进行了火焰淬火和高频感应淬火。结果表明,经这两种方法淬火的2Cr12MoV钢垫片表面硬度相当;淬火方法、垫片厚度及其加热面积是影响垫片表面淬火畸变量的主要因素。与火焰淬火的垫片相比较,高频淬火的垫片畸变量更小,淬火质量更稳定。垫片感应淬火的效率约比火焰淬火高1倍,感应淬火更适宜垫片的批量生产。
對2Cr12MoV 鋼墊片分彆進行瞭火燄淬火和高頻感應淬火。結果錶明,經這兩種方法淬火的2Cr12MoV鋼墊片錶麵硬度相噹;淬火方法、墊片厚度及其加熱麵積是影響墊片錶麵淬火畸變量的主要因素。與火燄淬火的墊片相比較,高頻淬火的墊片畸變量更小,淬火質量更穩定。墊片感應淬火的效率約比火燄淬火高1倍,感應淬火更適宜墊片的批量生產。
대2Cr12MoV 강점편분별진행료화염쉬화화고빈감응쉬화。결과표명,경저량충방법쉬화적2Cr12MoV강점편표면경도상당;쉬화방법、점편후도급기가열면적시영향점편표면쉬화기변량적주요인소。여화염쉬화적점편상비교,고빈쉬화적점편기변량경소,쉬화질량경은정。점편감응쉬화적효솔약비화염쉬화고1배,감응쉬화경괄의점편적비량생산。
2Cr12MoV steel spacers were hardened by flame and by high-frequency induction respectively.The results indicate that the spacers hardened by both the procedures are well-matched in surface hardness,and that the amount of distortion resulting from the surface hardening is mainly under influence of hardening process,thickness and heated area of the spacer.Furthermore,relative to the flame hardening,the high-frequency induction hardening can allow the spacer to exhibit less distortion and relatively stable hardening quality.The efficiency of the spacer being hardened is about one time higher by induction than by flame,the induction hardening being more suitable to mass production of the spacer.
