近年来，福建中医药大学中医证研究基地党支部紧密围绕教学和科研，发挥组织建设功能，在人才培养和社会服务方面取得了成绩。在吸取该支部成功建设经验的基础上，探讨了以教学团队、科研平台等为单位的支部教学科研型工作模式的构建，对增强高校院系教工党支部的活力和作用，发挥组织优势，以党建促进高校内涵建设，有一定的借鉴作用。
근년래，복건중의약대학중의증연구기지당지부긴밀위요교학화과연，발휘조직건설공능，재인재배양화사회복무방면취득료성적。재흡취해지부성공건설경험적기출상，탐토료이교학단대、과연평태등위단위적지부교학과연형공작모식적구건，대증강고교원계교공당지부적활력화작용，발휘조직우세，이당건촉진고교내함건설，유일정적차감작용。
The TCM syndrome research base party branch of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine plays party organization,to made distinguished achievements for talent training and social service,by sticking closely to teaching and re-search work these years. Based on empirical of this sucesssful case,the following explores the model of teaching-research-type teacher party branch around the central work of teaching and science research. Such measure can be favorable to improve the activity of teacher party branch in college. Party construction of teachers can enhance the reform,development and connota-tion construction better in university.
