对铜渣熔融还原过程中硫的行为特征进行了研究.结果表明，熔渣碱度从0.8增至1.4，渣硫容量增大脱硫作用增强，铁水硫含量由0.6%降至0.13%；铁水脱硫为吸热反应，熔渣温度由1773 K 升至1823 K渣脱硫能力提升，铁水含硫由0.13%降至0.089%.熔渣-铁水硫理论分配比远大于实验时间条件下硫分配比，保温时间延长铁水脱硫率提高.熔渣碱度1.4、保温温度1823 K和保温时间40 min时，处理后铁水含硫为0.11%，含量仍较高，需进一步对铁水进行脱硫预处理才可用于炼钢.

The sulfur behavior characteristic in the process of copper slags smelting reduction is studied. When slag basicity increases from 0.8 to 1.4, the slag sulfur capacity and desulphurizing capacity increases and the molten iron sulfur content decreases from 0.6 % to 0.13 %. Desulfurization reaction of molten iron is endothermic, and the molten iron sulfur content decreases from 0.13 % to 0.089 % with the holding temperature increases from 1773 K to 1823 K. The theoretical sulfur distribution ratio between molten slag and iron is higher than the value under the test time. The desulfurization rates of the molten iron increase with the holding time. Sulfur content of the molten iron decreases to 0.11 % after being treated under the holding temperature of 1823 K for 40 minutes with slag basicity of 1.4. The sulfur content in the generated iron is still high and the further desulphurization pretreatment is needed for steelmaking.
