近年来，深圳市服务贸易取得较大的发展，其增长速度甚至赶超货物贸易，结构也在不断优化，但与上海、北京相比仍存在着重货物轻服务的现象，服务贸易规模与货物贸易的发展严重不匹配。深圳的服务贸易相关法律制度缺失、统计制度不完善和管理体制缺乏效率等问题是限制深圳服务贸易发展的重要因素。深圳唯有立足于特区优势并借鉴发达经济体经验，促进服务贸易管理体制改革，加快服务贸易产业升级，同时完善服务贸易统计指标体系，尤其是充分利用CEPA，拓展服务贸易专项统计领域，深圳的服务贸易发展才可能朝着更健康、更快速的轨道迈进。

In recent years,Shenzhen’s service trade achieves a dramatic performance. The speed of growth of service trade has sur-passed the goods trade,and the structure is gradually optimizing. However,compared with the level of development of goods trade, there is still quite a large gap. And in effect,the level of development of service trade of Shenzhen is far behind that of Shanghai and Beijing. Principle problems are as the following:a reduced weight in regard to the entire foreign trade,a lack of associated laws and reg-ulations,an imperfect statistics system,and inefficiency of management system,etc. Only by taking advantage of the special economic zone and learning from developed economic body to promote trade in service management system,and speed up industrial upgrading of servia trade,at the same time improve the system of statistical indicators,especially the full use of CEPA,and expand trade in services of special fields of statistics,can service trade development in Shenzhen possibly set foot towards a healthier and faster track forward.
