随着国家人才培养模式的调整,职业院校对学生的技能训练强度不断加大,要求学生在校进行技能训练,并能通过国家职业技能鉴定获得相应的技能等级证书。本文通过对学生技能训练过程中出现的三球手柄的车削加工,介绍了在 FANUC0iMate-TC 数控系统的数控机床完成三球手柄的车削加工的方法,并拓展如何利用宏程序进行批量加工,逐步缩短学生培养与企业需求间的距离。

With the adjustment of national talent cultivation model, the skill training intensity of students in vocational colleges and universities is increasing, and it's requested that students should be trained at school, and then get the corresponding skills certificate through the national professional skill appraisal. By introducing the three-ball handle skills in turning process of the students' skill training, the author explains the ways to finish the turning of three-ball handle with NC machine tools of FANUC0iMate-TC numerical control system, and explores how to use the macro program to batch processing, then shortens the distance between students and business requirements gradually.
