利用 CFD 分析软件对某款进气歧管进行性能研究。首先通过定压差法计算各支管流量,对进气歧管的均匀性进行分析;其次通过定流量法计算得到各进出口压差,对进气歧管的流通性能进行分析;最后通过试验对比验证。结果表明,优化后的进气歧管具有更佳的进气均匀性和流通性。

Performance of a manifold is researched by using CFD analysis software. First, this paper analyzes the uniformity of the intake manifold by calculating the flow rate of each pipe by using the certain pressure differential method; then, analyzes the performance of intake manifold by getting the pressure differential between the inlet and outlet by using the constant flow method; finally, makes comparison and validation through the test. The results show that optimized intake manifold is certainly better qualified in uniformity and liquidity.
