In order to achieve the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction, as well as lowering costs and increas-ing production efficiency, the environment-friendly drilling is created. In this paper, the author provides a program to trans-form the rig power supply through the grid network resources combined with the construction features and environment of me-chanical rigs or semi-electrical rigs, using the grid as the energy resource of drilling rig. Thus good economic and social bene-fits could be produced.
