The dynamic and static properties of the joint surface are the key technologies in machine tool dynamic optimiza-tion. In this article, a set of experimental device is developed through mathematical model of the joint surface, and then it is testified and finally the experimental data is obtained. Such design provides a theoretical basis for the dynamic and static opti-mization and design of machine tool.
