The education practice of normal student is important link of cultivating ability in education and teaching .This paper researches the dual parties'penetration education practice pattern .We probed education practice based on a few aspects :educa-tion thought ,practice base ,entity of cultivating-training and combining of normal college education with foundation education . We hope to provide reference in promoting education-teaching quality of normal student .
