工程应用中机构惯性力的求解对于机构动力学的分析与综合意义重大，但过程比较复杂。以 Creo2.0三维工程软件为例，开发出一种新的求解机构惯性力的简便方法。即首先构造一个可转动的机架，铰接在原机架上；然后，令此虚拟机架失去一个自由度，若让其上的机构进行运动仿真，便可从铰接处直接求取机构的总惯性力。通过一个工程实例，验证了该种方法的正确性和有效性。

It is significant but complicated to obtain mechanism inertial force for the analysis and synthesis of mechanism dy-namics. Based on Creo2. 0 3D engineering software, this article developed new technique to solve the above mentioned prob-lem. First, a rotatable frame is constructed which is hinged on the original frame; and then, we make the virtual frame lose a degree of freedom, if the mechanism motion is simulated, we can directly calculate the total inertial force from the hinge. A project example verifies the correctness and effectiveness of this method.
