根据零件结构特点,改用铣削工艺替代原来的车削工艺加工转向器壳体密封槽,通过对设备、夹具、刀具、程序及加工工艺参数多因素的试验研究,实现了密封槽铣削成形,能稳定达到设计要求的位置精度与表面粗糙度。
根據零件結構特點,改用鐉削工藝替代原來的車削工藝加工轉嚮器殼體密封槽,通過對設備、夾具、刀具、程序及加工工藝參數多因素的試驗研究,實現瞭密封槽鐉削成形,能穩定達到設計要求的位置精度與錶麵粗糙度。
근거령건결구특점,개용선삭공예체대원래적차삭공예가공전향기각체밀봉조,통과대설비、협구、도구、정서급가공공예삼수다인소적시험연구,실현료밀봉조선삭성형,능은정체도설계요구적위치정도여표면조조도。
According to the technological characteristics of parts, the milling process is chosen instead of turning to machine the steering housing seal grooves in this paper. By studying and testing equipment, clamp, cutter, procedure and cutting pa-rameters, the milling of seal grooves is realized, and could meet the steady positional accuracy and surface roughness that were demanded in the design.
