运用三维仿真软件 Solidworks 设计 BSC-36G 机型磨抛机机架模型,优化模型,再导入 ANSYSWorkbench 中对机架模型进行有限元静力学分析,分析磨抛机机架在静力载荷下的力学性能,得到机架的应力和变形分布云图,分析计算结果,验证设计合理性,并根据分析结果对机架进行进一步改进优化,改善了磨抛机的磨抛性能。
運用三維倣真軟件 Solidworks 設計 BSC-36G 機型磨拋機機架模型,優化模型,再導入 ANSYSWorkbench 中對機架模型進行有限元靜力學分析,分析磨拋機機架在靜力載荷下的力學性能,得到機架的應力和變形分佈雲圖,分析計算結果,驗證設計閤理性,併根據分析結果對機架進行進一步改進優化,改善瞭磨拋機的磨拋性能。

Using three-dimensional simulation software Solidworks to design and then to optimize the frame model of BSC-36G grinding and polishing machine, the author imports the model to ANSYSWorkbench to perform the static finite element a-nalysis of the grinding and polishing machine, and analyzes the mechanical properties of grinding and polishing machine frame under static load, then gets the rack stress and deformation contours. By analyzing the results, the author verifies the reasona-bleness of this design, and gets the further improvements according to the analysis, finally the grinding and polishing perform-ance of machine are improved.
