铝壳电机生产的关键工序有转子动平衡、绕嵌、浸烘、产品成品组装等,对于生产过程中的关键工序,要进行必要的检验以确保电机产品质量。通过分析铝壳电机工艺流程,对铝壳电机的关键工艺给出推荐参数,通过检验控制关键工艺水平,从而提高电机的生产质量。通过试验表明,过程的检验控制在一定程度上保证了生产质量。

There are some key procedures in aluminum electromotor processing, such as rotor dynamic balancing, winding and embed, immerse and drying, and product assembly, and these procedures should be checked up to insure the quality of elec-tromotor production. In this paper, aluminum electromotor manufacturing process was analyzed, and parameters for key proce-dures were provided. The technological level and quality of electromotor were raised after process test. From the testing data, we can see that the process testing project was effective to guarantee the quality of production.
