This paper introduces a control system design of mould cleaning manipulator for foam plastics based on HMI and PLC.It explains in great detail the hardware structure and software design idea of the control system,especially the HMI operation interface and ladder diagram for PLC to determine the next mould,which would be immediately cleaned by the manipulator.
