以 Ca/Mg/Al 絮凝剂处理烟草废水,考察絮凝时间、絮凝剂投加量及溶液 pH 值对 COD 及色度去除的影响.当絮凝时间为10 min,絮凝剂投加量为40 g/L,溶液 pH 为8时,COD 由原样的2000 mg/L 下降到816 mg/L,且色度由200倍下降到10倍,COD 去除率和脱色率分别达59.2%和95%.
以 Ca/Mg/Al 絮凝劑處理煙草廢水,攷察絮凝時間、絮凝劑投加量及溶液 pH 值對 COD 及色度去除的影響.噹絮凝時間為10 min,絮凝劑投加量為40 g/L,溶液 pH 為8時,COD 由原樣的2000 mg/L 下降到816 mg/L,且色度由200倍下降到10倍,COD 去除率和脫色率分彆達59.2%和95%.

The impact of COD and color removal involving time,coagulant dosage and pH were considered when Ca/Mg/Al coagulant was applied to treat tobacco wastewater.The optimization conditions were ob-tained from single factor experiment as follows:reaction time 10 min,coagulant dosage 40 g/L and pH 8. Finally,under the optimal conditions,the 59.2% of COD removal and 95% of color removal were reached with COD decreased from 2000 mg/L to 81 6 mg/L and color from 200 times to 10 times.
