采用干旱胁迫处理不同海拔高度来源的3份野生垂穗披碱草幼苗,对其叶片相对含水量(RWC)、叶绿素、脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性糖含量进行测定。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫天数的增加,叶片相对含水量和叶绿素含量显著降低(P <0.05),脯氨酸、丙二醛和可溶性糖含量都显著增加(P <0.05)。相关性分析表明,各指标之间都存在极显著相关。运用隶属函数法综合评价3种垂穗披碱草,其抗旱性顺序为:Ⅲ号垂穗披碱草>Ⅱ号垂穗披碱草>Ⅰ号垂穗披碱草。

채용간한협박처리불동해발고도래원적3빈야생수수피감초유묘,대기협편상대함수량(RWC)、협록소、포안산(Pro)、병이철(MDA)화가용성당함량진행측정。결과표명:수착간한협박천수적증가,협편상대함수량화협록소함량현저강저(P <0.05),포안산、병이철화가용성당함량도현저증가(P <0.05)。상관성분석표명,각지표지간도존재겁현저상관。운용대속함수법종합평개3충수수피감초,기항한성순서위:Ⅲ호수수피감초>Ⅱ호수수피감초>Ⅰ호수수피감초。
The seedlings of 3 germplasms of wild Elymus nutans from different altitudes were treated with drought stress,and the contents of water,proline,MDA,chlorophyll and soluble sugar in leaf were measured. The results showed that with the increase of drought stress,the contents of relative water and chlorophyll in leaf were significantly decreased (P <0.05 ),and the contents of proline,MDA,chiorophyll and soluble sugar were significantly increased (P <0.05).Correlation analysis showed that there were highly significant correla-tions among above indicators.The drought resistance of 3 germplasms were comprehensively evaluated with subordinate function,and the drought resistance order was group Ⅰ< group Ⅱ< group Ⅲ.
